UI/UX Design Manager (m/w/d) E-Commerce

Design and evolve modern, responsive interfaces for e-commerce websites and apps, translating business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing experiences. Maintain a consistent design system and collaborate with UX, product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to support implementation and ensure design quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve modern user interfaces for e‑commerce, web and app applications
- Translate functional requirements into intuitive, usable and visually appealing designs
- Create responsive designs for multiple devices and digital touchpoints
- Maintain and expand a consistent design system with reusable components
- Ensure high design quality, usability, accessibility and brand compliance
- Collaborate closely with UX, product management, development and other stakeholders
- Support technical implementation and guarantee consistent user experience
- Present and align design solutions within interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Completed degree or equivalent qualification in design
- Several years of UI/UX, digital or product design experience
- Proficiency with Figma and other common design tools
- Strong sense of user‑friendly, modern and visual design
- Experience designing responsive web or app interfaces
- Ideally experienced in e‑commerce and design systems
- Structured work style and teamwork orientation
- Fluent German language skills
