Physical Design Manager – ASIC/SoC

Lead Physical Design and CAD teams through end-to-end ASIC/SoC implementation, from netlist through GDSII and tapeout, including timing closure, optimization, and physical signoff. Direct low-power and advanced-node implementation, improve EDA flows, collaborate across engineering functions, and manage team execution, mentoring, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead Physical Design and CAD teams through end-to-end ASIC/SoC implementation, from netlist through GDSII and tapeout, including timing closure, optimization, and physical signoff. Direct low-power and advanced-node implementation, improve EDA flows, collaborate across engineering functions, and manage team execution, mentoring, and project schedules.
Requirements
- Requires a B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, or a related discipline, with 12–20 years of ASIC/SoC physical design experience. Candidates must have people-management experience, at least two years in a senior management or engineering leadership role, and proven full-chip implementation and tapeout ownership, including advanced-node, timing, signoff, and low-power expertise.
