Senior Graphic Designer & Website Manager DACH (m/w/d)

Create print and digital marketing and sales materials, manage branding projects across the DACH region, and maintain a consistent brand identity across customer touchpoints. Manage and improve regional websites and Shopify stores, including content, layouts, basic technical updates, and SEO, while coordinating with marketing, sales, digital, and e-commerce teams.
Responsibilities
- Create print and digital marketing & sales assets for the DACH market
- Design stickers, displays and vending machine graphics to boost sales
- Develop and roll out branding projects across Germany, Switzerland and Austria
- Produce email templates, socialâmedia assets and digital ads
- Maintain and evolve the DACH websites in WordPress
- Update content and structure in Magnolia CMS
- Implement HTML/CSS tweaks for layout and performance
- Execute basic SEO tasks in coordination with the digital team
- Manage and optimise Shopify eâshops, ensuring consistent brand presence
- Collaborate with eâcommerce team on campaigns and product updates
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in print and digital graphic design and website management
- Degree in Graphic or Communication Design
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with CMS/SEO
- Strong typographic and layout skills
- Ability to manage multiple DACH projects simultaneously
- Fluent German and good English
