Senior Product Designer (M/F/*)

You will lead the design process from concept to implementation, balancing user needs with business goals while shaping the long-term design vision. Additionally, you will mentor team members, collaborate closely with engineering and product management, and ensure high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design products from initial idea through implementation, balancing speed and quality
- Evolve design processes and quality standards, sharing ideas to improve collaboration
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to other designers
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to set priorities and deliver measurable value
- Define longâterm design vision and translate product strategy into intuitive user experiences
- Maintain high quality through detailed handâoff and collaboration with Engineering
- Foster an open, respectful and collaborative design culture
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Product Design, preferably B2B SaaS
- Strong portfolio of B2B SaaS products
- Passion for AI and experience using AI tools for design tasks
- Expertise in Visual and Interaction Design, userâcentered methods, and research
- Proficiency with Figma
- Ability to translate user needs, qualitative insights and quantitative data into design decisions
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing
