Develop and deliver safe, cost-effective designs and process solutions for fulfillment, sortation, and transportation facilities, including new builds, retrofits, and complex automated systems. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver safe, cost-effective designs and process solutions for fulfillment, sortation, and transportation facilities, including new builds, retrofits, and complex automated systems. Manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, establish consistent engineering standards, and communicate technical solutions and business cases to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of design and innovation or research and development experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, and experience managing engineering design projects. Candidates should be proficient with business or technical software such as Excel, Project, and CAD; a master's degree, specialty experience, and knowledge of automated material handling systems and design-in-safety are preferred.
