UX Designer (H/F)

The UX Designer will conduct user research, create user journeys, and facilitate workshops to ensure an optimal user experience. They will collaborate with development and design teams to integrate functional and aesthetic requirements into client projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inâdepth user research to uncover needs, motivations and behaviors
- Perform benchmarking to gather best practices and inspiration
- Create personas based on client data and insights
- Facilitate workshops and coâcreation sessions with clients
- Collaborate with development, visual design and project management teams for seamless integration
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user tests, iterate based on findings
- Conduct ethnographic interviews with stakeholders and users
- Promote accessibility and inclusive design practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Designer, agency or freelance
- Ability to manage multiple projects and apply/test UX methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency with UX production tools such as Miro, Mural, Jira
- Optional: Figma expertise
- Fluent French and good English
