Senior UX & Product Designer

Design exceptional user experiences and lead the product vision within an agile environment for a major partner. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end design process, enriching the design system, and conducting user research to iterate on innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the complete design process with a userâcentered focus
- Enrich and maintain the existing Design System, creating and adapting components for visual consistency
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and usability testing to gather insights
- Design fluid, responsive interfaces across multiple platforms and screen sizes
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and development teams to translate needs into innovative design solutions
Requirements
- Degree in HumanâComputer Interaction, digital design or equivalent
- 3â4 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showing engaging user experiences
- Full mastery of the UX design process: research, ideation, highâfidelity prototyping and validation
- Expertise with modern design tools, especially Figma
- Experience designing complex web software applications
- Facilitation of collaborative workshops and Design Thinking methods
- Teamâplayer mindset with agile orientation
- Proactive, autonomous and knowledgeâsharing attitude
- Fluent English; French is a strong asset
