Future Opening: Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating, modifying, and preparing full-color graphics and vinyl output for print production. They must manage multiple projects, maintain customer logo libraries, and ensure all output meets quality and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks and work autonomously on multiple projects
• Determine the best output method based on customer needs
• Read and interpret work orders and allocate appropriate time
• Collaborate with co‑workers and customers on file transfers, FTP, photo libraries, and online proofs
• Design layout, typography, and illustrations for print reproduction
• Inspect jobs for accuracy and correct material/device settings
• Maintain customer logo library and convert graphic files
• Source images, understand copyright, and use stock resources
• Provide proofs for customer approval and maintain electronic records
• Communicate job requirements and timing with sales, service, and production teams
• Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs
• Adhere to company policies and promote the brand mentality of “Everybody Sells”

Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods and view a computer screen
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
