The UX/UI Designer will design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging solutions. They are also responsible for conducting user research, usability testing, and maintaining comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine UI components for web and mobile platforms ensuring consistency and usability
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity visual designs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides and component libraries
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices
- Stay updated with design trends, tools and technologies
- Provide support during implementation to ensure final product aligns with specifications
Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects with case studies
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and accessibility
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
