Design digital products from scratch while optimizing existing solutions through research and user-centered design. Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation and continuous product improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design digital products from scratch and improve existing solutions
- Research user needs, behaviors and pain points
- Translate research findings into functional design proposals
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and highāfidelity designs
- Conduct usability tests and apply improvements based on results
- Design intuitive, accessible interfaces aligned with the design system
- Collaborate with product, business and development teams
- Support implementation to ensure design quality
- Use metrics and data to evaluate product performance
- Present and justify design decisions to multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Proven experience designing digital products from concept to launch
- Strong proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting UX research and usability testing
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, agile methodologies and userācentered design
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and highāfidelity interfaces
- Experience working with design systems
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
