The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual content and marketing collateral to shape Fedstack's brand identity. This includes designing social media graphics, email visuals, and landing pages to support recruiting and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing and recruiting collateral such as social media graphics, email visuals, one‑pagers, and presentation decks
- Create and maintain visual assets for landing pages and cohort microsites, working with web development teams
- Apply and uphold Fedstack brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, logo usage, and imagery
- Produce graphics that support recruiting campaigns and cohort launches with quick turnarounds
- Partner with marketing and recruiting teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual stories
- Prepare design files optimized for web, print, and social media, adhering to technical specifications
Requirements
- Minimum two years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing, recruiting, or brand campaigns
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print media
- Excellent project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and consistency across brand touchpoints
- Effective communication and collaborative mindset
