Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a design-related field and at least 5 years of progressive experience in product or UX design, particularly with complex or regulated systems. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Figma, experience with AI tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
