As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of workstreams end-to-end, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create AI-enabled, human-centered experiences. You will also manage day-to-day client relationships, mentor junior designers, and contribute to business development and practice-building activities.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a design-related field with at least 3 years of progressive experience, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, advanced Figma proficiency, and experience with AI-assisted design tools is required.
