As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of workstreams within multidisciplinary teams, owning the process from problem framing to final specifications. You will also mentor junior designers, support business development activities, and utilize AI tools to accelerate design workflows while maintaining accountability for all client-facing outputs.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a design-related field with at least 3 years of progressive experience, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, advanced Figma proficiency, and experience with AI-assisted design tools is required.
