As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design workstreams within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with researchers and technologists to create AI-enabled, human-centered experiences. You are responsible for the end-to-end design process, from problem framing and prototyping to delivering production-ready specifications while mentoring junior designers.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a design-related field with at least 3 years of progressive experience, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Figma, experience with AI-assisted design tools, and a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design are required.
