Lead the end-to-end design of products within the Yape ecosystem, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data. You will be responsible for defining problem statements, validating hypotheses, and delivering scalable, user-centric solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of experiences and products within the Yape ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Data, Research, and other partners
- Navigate between problem definition, concept exploration, hypothesis validation, interaction design, high‑fidelity UI creation, and implementation support
- Translate user needs, business goals, quantitative and qualitative evidence, and technical constraints into simple, scalable solutions
- Own the final user experience, not just design deliverables
- Participate in discovery, define problem statements, hypotheses, scope, and success criteria
- Use research, metrics, benchmarks, and business knowledge to inform decisions
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and production
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing end‑to‑end digital products at scale
- Strong portfolio showing full design process from problem definition to impact
- Expertise in UX, interaction design, information architecture, and high‑fidelity UI craft
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and component libraries
- Experience conducting user research and applying data‑driven insights
- Ability to work closely with product managers and engineers in fast‑paced environments
- Skill in prioritizing, handling trade‑offs, and operating under ambiguity
