UX Designer

You will deliver end-to-end design solutions for high-volume hiring workflows, partnering with engineering and product management to create human-centered experiences. You will also design for AI-assisted surfaces, ensuring that system actions are legible and trustworthy for both recruiters and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end design solutions for complex hiring workflows, from research synthesis to interactive prototypes
• Partner with engineering and product management to incorporate technical constraints and capabilities
• Design AI‑assisted high‑volume hiring surfaces that clearly communicate system actions and confidence
• Create trust‑building layers between probabilistic AI systems and recruiters or candidates
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Present and critique work in cross‑team reviews and improve design patterns and processes
• Leverage established UX techniques, templates, and assets while proposing new solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering UX or interaction design solutions
• Experience conducting usability studies, user research, and creating personas and journey maps
• Ability to lead design projects from concept through execution, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
• Proficiency with current accessibility standards
• Online portfolio demonstrating design craft and shipped work
• Proficiency in Figma for high‑fidelity design and interactive prototyping
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted prototyping or coding tools
