As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of workstreams end-to-end, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create AI-enabled, human-centered experiences. You will also mentor junior designers and support business development activities while maintaining accountability for design quality and client relationships.

Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a design-related field with at least 3 years of progressive experience, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, proficiency in Figma, and experience with AI-assisted design tools is required.
