Senior UX Designer / UX Researcher, Water Resource Advisor (IT) / Freelance

The designer will conduct an in-depth UX audit and facilitate co-design workshops to optimize a complex water resource management digital product. They will translate user feedback and complex data requirements into intuitive user flows and wireframes to support international expansion.
Responsibilities
- Perform a comprehensive UX audit of the existing application to identify pain points
- Plan and run coâdesign workshops and user interviews across multiple countries
- Analyze and prioritize user feedback to generate actionable insights
- Create user flows and wireframes using the existing robust Design System
- Collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to shape the product roadmap
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in UX Design or UX Research on complex B2B dataâheavy products
- Proven ability to conduct autonomous design processes for intricate ecosystems
- Strong experience with SaaS platforms and enterpriseâgrade tools
- Excellent facilitation of coâdesign workshops and user interviews in French, English, and internationally
- Deep understanding of information architecture, user flow logic, and cognitive load reduction
- Fluent English for international collaboration
