The UX Designer will lead the design of features and user journeys from discovery to delivery while connecting user needs with business objectives. They will also contribute to the Design System and utilize AI tools to enhance research, prototyping, and validation processes.
Responsibilities
- Design features and user journeys from discovery through delivery with autonomy
- Participate actively in team rituals and knowledge‑sharing sessions
- Align design decisions with product strategy, technical feasibility, and business outcomes
- Leverage AI tools throughout research, prototyping, and validation phases
- Contribute to and maintain the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability
Requirements
- Proven experience designing B2B digital products with strong UX and UI skills
- Ability to think holistically, linking user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Familiarity with generative AI and AI‑assisted design tools
- Experience with AI‑enhanced prototyping tools such as Figma, VS Code, and Claude Code
- Clear communication for presenting and defending design proposals
- Portfolio demonstrating design reasoning, process, decision‑making, and final screens
- Bonus: Experience with B2B accounting or tax‑related software and knowledge of fiscal regulations
