Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field and possess a valid NCARB or Registered Architect license. A minimum of 10 years of experience in facility design or capital project management, including at least 5 years in educational or public-sector projects requiring DSA/OSHPD compliance, is required.
