Requirements
- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in luxury residential or hospitality sectors. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP is mandatory, along with strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills.
