You will design and improve digital products for professional users by transforming complex problems into simple, coherent, and accessible experiences. Your role involves managing the full product cycle from discovery and UX/UI design to delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs, operational processes and usage contexts to identify pain points and opportunities
- Formalize UX problems and design hypotheses
- Create user journeys, information architecture and user flows
- Facilitate coâdesign workshops and produce wireframes, prototypes and highâfidelity mockâups
- Conduct user interviews, observations and usability tests, then iterate based on feedback
- Design web, mobile or specialised interfaces in Figma or equivalent, adhering to and enriching the Design System
- Define interactions, states and document UX/UI specifications for development
- Participate in Agile rituals, support developers during implementation and ensure design compliance
- Perform UX audits, usability testing and track usage metrics to prioritize backlog items
- Leverage responsible AI tools when they provide measurable quality or efficiency gains
Requirements
- Higher education in digital design, UX, ergonomics, interaction design or related field
- Significant experience in Product Design covering user research, UX/UI design, prototyping, testing and interface design
- Ability to work in complex environments and quickly grasp product, business and user constraints
