The Senior Product Designer will maintain and evolve the design system while ensuring visual and functional consistency across the platform. Additionally, they will design complex end-to-end product flows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the design system – components, tokens, patterns and documentation – for visual and functional consistency
- Collaborate closely with the visual‑identity team to reflect the brand across the product
- Align priorities and decisions with product, engineering and branding stakeholders
- Evangelize design‑system usage, provide support and guide adoption across squads
- Define and communicate usage guidelines and contribution processes
- Audit product consistency, prioritize deviations and document patterns
- Generate ideas from complex briefs, design end‑to‑end flows and validate with product metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years designing digital products
- Experience leading or co‑leading a design system (governance, documentation, adoption)
- Proficiency with Figma, including advanced components, variables and shared libraries
- Experience with design‑system documentation tools (Storybook, Zeroheight or similar)
- Familiarity with Notion or Confluence for guideline documentation
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders (design, development, branding) around system decisions
- Strong visual design and complex flow design skills
