You will design complex end-to-end product flows while leveraging data and metrics to inform design decisions. You will also collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Generate ideas from complex briefs and propose evidence‑based improvements
- Design end‑to‑end complex user flows, anticipating errors, empty states and edge cases
- Improve design‑system components and tokens, raising visual quality for complex screens
- Use product metrics to validate decisions and prioritize improvements
- Collaborate with development and product to adjust designs for performance and feasibility
- Present designs and insights clearly to varied audiences and facilitate squad collaboration
Requirements
- 4+ years designing digital products with a focus on complex flows
- Experience delivering end‑to‑end designs autonomously
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency with a design system
- Advanced use of Figma (components, auto‑layout, variables)
- Prototyping experience with Figma, Principle or similar tools
- Product analytics experience (Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar)
- Ability to generate ideas from complex briefs and uncover hidden opportunities
- Excellent communication and collaboration with development and product teams
