Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in R&D or test/measurement environments. Proficiency in data analysis tools, CAD, and experience with mechanical testing equipment are required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
