Design Manager, EMEA Portfolio, Design, Sustainability & Engineering

The Design Manager will oversee the design of post-occupancy tenant improvement projects and small-to-medium new site expansions across the EMEA portfolio. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure design consistency, operational efficiency, and adherence to global workplace standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design of postâoccupancy tenantâimprovement and new site projects in EMEA
- Lead space design based on customer needs and technical requirements
- Collaborate with external architects and internal teams to align with corporate workplace concepts
- Provide design guidance to Guidelines and Standards team
- Identify continuous design refinements using operational data and customer insights
- Work crossâfunctionally with sustainability, EHS, portfolio management and event teams
- Maintain relationships with industry bodies and adopt new standards and technologies
Requirements
- Experience as a Producer, UX Program Manager, Research Program Manager, or similar in a design team
- Experience in UX research and largeâscale project leadership
- Proficiency with webâbased design tools and project management software (Jira, Wrike, Workfront)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fastâpaced environment
