The Senior UX Designer will lead the design of a strategic internal banking application, creating prototypes and interfaces within an Agile team. They are responsible for ensuring design consistency, accessibility compliance, and conducting quality reviews of developed screens.

Requirements
- Candidates must have 5 to 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design with expert proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of accessibility standards. Experience in complex environments like banking or large corporate sectors is highly preferred.
