Responsibilities
- The Regional Design Manager provides leadership for all design management activities within the Data Centre team, ensuring project teams deliver solutions that meet client expectations and strategic objectives. The role oversees the regional design function, integrates sustainability standards, and manages technical governance across all projects.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and possess at least 12 years of experience in design management within the construction industry. Professional qualifications such as RIBA or MCIOB are required, along with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
