This role involves standardizing design workflows, collaborating with sales and operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all locations.
Requirements
- Candidates should have post-secondary education in Engineering or Architectural Technology and at least 7 years of experience in truss or engineered wood product design. Proficiency in Mitek and AutoCAD software, along with strong leadership and communication skills, is required.
