You will lead the end-to-end design process for complex enterprise software, from discovery and user research to developer handover. Additionally, you will contribute to the standardization of design systems and collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or workflow software design with strong proficiency in Figma. You must be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude.
