The Product Designer will conduct UX audits and design optimized user flows for sensitive e-commerce paths like authentication and payment. They will also collaborate with product managers and developers to implement data-driven improvements and maintain design consistency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct responsive UX audits of existing eâcommerce journeys, analyzing data and identifying friction points
- Create user flows, wireframes, and multiâscreen prototypes (mobile, tablet, desktop) optimized for performance
- Define, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests in collaboration with Product and Data teams
- Iteratively improve the user experience based on test results and data insights
- Work closely with Product Managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality
- Document and disseminate responsive ergonomics best practices across the organization
- Contribute to the governance and evolution of design systems
Requirements
- Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Design
- Proven experience designing eâcommerce funnels (login, registration, delivery, payment)
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative user insights into design decisions
- Strong knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing
- Expert level in Figma and FigJam (or equivalents)
- Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools such as ContentSquare
- Awareness of accessibility standards (RGAA)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to link data to design decisions
