The Senior Design Manager will serve as the principal point of contact for design aspects of tenders and current projects within the Aviation business. They are responsible for leading and providing a professional, comprehensive, and sustainable design service throughout the bid and delivery stages.

Requirements
- The successful candidate must have experience working for a main contractor on construction projects and possess a solid understanding of design processes, CAD systems, and engineering procedures. A relevant qualification such as an HND, HNC, or degree, along with membership in a professional institute like the CIOB, is required.
