You will design comprehensive user experiences for a mobile fitness platform and lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation. Additionally, you will build and maintain design systems while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and international stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive user experiences for a mobile fitness, health and AI‑coaching application
- Lead end‑to‑end design processes from research, wireframes and prototypes to implementation support
- Build and maintain a design system including components, patterns and visual standards
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and US stakeholders to define product direction
- Help establish design standards and foster a design culture within the new R&D team
- Conduct user research, analyze data and turn insights into actionable design decisions
- Participate in regular syncs with US teams and occasional evening meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of UX/Product Design experience, at least 4 years on iOS/Android mobile apps
- Strong portfolio showing full research‑to‑delivery process
- Proficiency with Sketch or Adobe XD and expert‑level use of Figma (components, auto‑layout, prototyping, hand‑off)
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing and translating insights into design decisions
- Ability to work with distributed US teams (meetings up to 17:00 CET, occasional evenings)
- Fluent English (C1/C2) for daily communication with US stakeholders
- Experience creating or evolving design systems for digital products
- Practical use of AI tools to support design work
- Knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design principles
- Bonus: experience with product metrics, onboarding, activation design, ProtoPie or Lottie, health/fitness domain, or scaling design teams
