The Product Designer will conduct market research and user testing to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and trend studies to identify design opportunities
- Collaborate with development, product and channel teams to define requirements, goals and realistic timelines
- Create design concepts and solutions that meet user needs and differentiate the brand
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups with clear visual hierarchy
- Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design decisions
- Run usability tests and behavior analyses to find simplification opportunities
- Present designs to stakeholders, explain rationale and align with business objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Communication or related field
- Proven experience in UX Design with a portfolio showing clear user‑focused outcomes
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Experience with user research methods and user‑centred design
- Attention to detail, critical thinking and interest in information architecture
- Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design and digital best practices
- Experience with generative AI tools
- Interest in digital copywriting standards (messages, labels, tone) is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate across teams
