Responsibilities
- The Director provides strategic and technical leadership for RF and microwave GaN MMIC product development, managing multiple design teams from concept through production. This role involves aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives and serving as a senior technical interface for key customers.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a BSEE (MSEE or PhD preferred) and over 15 years of experience in RF, microwave, and MMIC design. The role requires at least 5 years of leadership experience and deep expertise in GaN semiconductor technologies.
