Responsibilities
- Lead design management throughout the project lifecycle (tender, development, construction)
- Coordinate designers, builders and other parties to ensure optimal design solutions
- Provide expertise for alliance, ST and KVR type projects
- Adapt role responsibilities based on experience and interests
- Maintain flexibility for remote work and travel to project sites
Requirements
- Relevant construction‑related degree (e.g., civil engineering, architecture)
- Experience in design management for contractors or designers
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and devise design solutions
- Proficiency with digital model data and willingness to adopt new workflow tools
- Fluent Finnish and good English
