Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data (conversions, scroll, heatmaps, A/B tests) and propose design improvements based on real insights
- Design lead‑generation landing pages, email templates, social ad and display assets aimed at high performance
- Create simple micro‑animations and motion pieces using AI tools
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs are implementable and meet conversion goals
Requirements
- Strong UX/UI design skills with a focus on conversion
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Analytical mindset motivated by data, testing and incremental improvements
- Familiarity with accessibility, usability, mobile‑first, Core Web Vitals and web experimentation best practices
- Interest in AI‑enabled design tools for dynamic content, automation and simple motion
- Ability to argue design decisions and work proactively
- Residence in the Community of Madrid or surrounding area
