The Product Designer will lead strategic design initiatives, leveraging AI tools to prototype and iterate while ensuring high-quality delivery through close collaboration with tech teams. They are responsible for understanding user needs, defining clear roadmaps, and defending design decisions to C-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Understand users deeply and translate emotions into precise interfaces
- Challenge briefs, reframe problems and prioritize essential features
- Create highâprecision, aesthetically trustworthy designs
- Use AI tools to prototype and iterate rapidly
- Conduct discovery research, interviews and field observations
- Produce clear specifications, user journeys and functional documentation
- Participate in agile rituals (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Ensure quality assurance of implemented interfaces
- Present and defend design decisions in both French and English
Requirements
- 5â9 years of professional design experience
- Fluent English (C1) and French
- Advanced AI prompting skills
- Expert level in Figma and FigJam
- Strong portfolio (bestâinâclass)
- Ability to lead and negotiate with Câlevel stakeholders
