The Product Designer will lead strategic design initiatives by understanding user needs and business goals to create impactful, data-driven solutions. They will also oversee the delivery process, ensuring high-quality implementation through close collaboration with technical teams and rigorous quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Understand real users behind the screen and design for their emotions and contexts
- Challenge briefs, reâframe problems, and prioritize essential features
- Create precise, highâtrust interfaces where aesthetics serve as a confidence vector
- Use AI to automate repetitive tasks and generate design variations
- Structure strategic vision, turn ambiguity into clear design roadmaps
- Conduct discovery through field observation, interviews, and analysis
- Document functional and business requirements with clear specifications
- Participate in agile rituals such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure quality assurance of delivered interfaces
- Present and defend design decisions to Câlevel stakeholders in French and English
Requirements
- 5â9 years of professional product design experience
- Portfolio of bestâinâclass design work
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam
- Fluent English (C1) for international communication
- Strong AIâtool usage and prompting skills
- Ability to define vision, prioritize features, and guide clients
- Experience with agile ceremonies and writing user stories
