Junior Web Designer

The Junior Web Designer will handle UX/UI analysis, prototyping, and the development of responsive websites using no-code tools like WordPress and Elementor. They will also collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX/UI analysis for websites, landing pages and e‑commerce platforms
• Prototype and wireframe digital interfaces ensuring usability and fluid user experience
• Develop no‑code responsive websites primarily using WordPress/Elementor
• Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams to optimize navigation and conversion rates (CRO)
• Adapt and optimise content for desktop, tablet and mobile responsiveness
• Support maintenance and graphic/content updates of client sites
• Participate in the creative process from concept to final delivery

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in a communication agency or similar
• Strong autonomy in web interface design and navigation logic
• Excellent knowledge of Figma for prototyping and layout creation
• Experience with WordPress and Elementor builder
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Basic functional knowledge of HTML and CSS (PHP a plus)
• Aesthetic sensitivity, typographic and visual composition skills
• Use of generative AI tools for workflow optimization
• Good written and spoken English
• Effective time management, precision and deadline adherence
• Teamwork attitude, proactivity and continuous learning
