Architect - Design Manager

The Architect will manage and coordinate the entire retail design process, from initial drafting and technical documentation to construction site supervision. They will act as the primary interface between design teams, international clients, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project coherence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the drafting phase and overall project development
- Develop and manage shop drawings and technical documentation
- Read and interpret executive drawings and construction documents
- Coordinate design, technical documentation, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders
- Supervise and coordinate all project phases, maintaining an overall vision
- Interface with clients and international teams
- Support project coordination through construction and site phases
- Prepare and analyse metric calculations, specifications and technical documents
Requirements
- Experience in retail architecture, preferably luxury retail
- Ability to understand and integrate design, technical and execution aspects
- Excellent spoken and written English; French a plus
- VAT number; professional registration preferred
- Availability to start in October 2026
