UX / UI Designer (w/m/d)

You will design and maintain the SHIELD design system to serve as the foundation for all digital services and products. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the SHIELD design system as the foundation for all digital services
• Create groundbreaking solutions to elevate user experience across products
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers and cross‑functional teams
• Ensure consistent visual language and usability across platforms
• Participate in training and conferences to stay current with UX trends

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Behavioral Science, HCI or related field
• Extensive experience in UX/UI design and design systems
• Proficiency with Figma and plugins such as Tokens Studio
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High creativity, innovation and design sensibility
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level)
