Design Manager, EMEA Portfolio, Design, Sustainability & Engineering

The Design Manager will oversee and manage the design of post-occupancy tenant improvement projects and small/medium new site expansions across the EMEA portfolio. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure design consistency, operational efficiency, and adherence to global workplace standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design of postâoccupancy tenantâimprovement projects and mediumâscale new site expansions
- Lead space design based on customer needs, technical requirements and corporate workplace concepts
- Collaborate with external architects of record, vendors and internal construction teams
- Provide design inputs to Workplace Guidelines & Standards and create visual narratives
- Identify and implement design refinements using operational data, user insights and success metrics
- Work crossâfunctionally with sustainability, EHS, portfolio management and travel teams
- Maintain industry awareness and adopt new standards, technologies and best practices
Requirements
- Experience as a Producer, UX Program Manager, Research Program Manager, or similar role in a userâexperience or design team
- Strong background in UX research and largeâscale project delivery
- Proficiency with webâbased design tools and projectâmanagement software (Jira, Wrike, Workfront, etc.)
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Ability to define program requirements, analyze data and metrics, and drive continuous improvement
