- Own design end to end, from early concepts to shipped product
- Build the design system and visual language from scratch
- Work directly with founders to shape product direction
- Design experiences that help people find work they actually want
- Establish the bar for design quality as the team grows
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product‑thinking beyond visual polish
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and make decisions without perfect information
- Experience working remotely
- Any level of experience (new grads accepted)
