Graphic Designer for Sign Shop/Customer Service/Production

Design and produce high-quality signs and graphics while engaging with customers to provide expert signage solutions. The role also involves preparing production files and assisting in the physical creation of products.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality signs and graphics using industry‑standard software
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on sign solutions
• Prepare production files and ensure all designs meet quality standards
• Assist in the production of signs and graphics, ensuring client satisfaction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows
• Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the sign industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for creativity and design
• Experience in production techniques and materials used in sign making
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work at two locations as needed
