MARKETING OPERATIONS & GRAPHIC DESIGNER SPECIALIST

The specialist will design graphic materials and multi-channel content to support corporate communication and the sales force. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end graphic projects for trade fairs, events, and updating corporate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise graphic projects from concept to final production ensuring brand alignment
- Design impactful visuals for fairs, events, and digital channels (website, social, newsletters, advertising)
- Update corporate documentation, manuals, technical sheets, catalogs, and brochures
- Handle catalog and product communication layout and publishing
- Perform high‑quality photo retouching to maintain visual standards
- Support CRM and lead management processes, uploading and maintaining marketing assets in Documoto
- Coordinate with suppliers, manage gadgets and materials, and assist with retailer certifications
- Assist with operational marketing activities, internal and external communications, and travel booking backup
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with HubSpot and digital marketing tools
- Ability to create and edit visuals for fairs, events, and corporate documentation
- Strong layout and publishing skills for catalogs and brochures
- Experience with Documoto, CRM systems, and lead management
- Teamwork and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders
