You will own the user experience strategy for complex AI engagements, guiding projects from discovery through to implementation-ready designs. Requirements
- The role requires over 10 years of experience in design leadership with a deep command of the end-to-end product design process for complex enterprise systems. Candidates must be comfortable working at the intersection of design and engineering, with proven ability to facilitate workshops and navigate stakeholder interests.
