The Graphic Designer will create high-quality visual assets for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and academic content. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand identity and impactful visual communication across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, emailers, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
- Create visual assets for academic and learnerâfacing content such as presentations, reports, guides, and event materials
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and program teams to translate concepts into compelling visual communication
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, and overall visual language across all touchpoints
- Develop creatives for events, workshops, webinars, campus initiatives, and outreach activities
- Produce static creatives, infographics, social media posts, and promotional collaterals
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, formats, and tools to continuously improve design quality and innovation
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for execution of branding and design requirements
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Applied Arts, or related field
- 1â3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working in a highâgrowth, startupâlike environment
