Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the lighting design team while overseeing technical quality across specifications, project delivery, and client-facing presentations. Manage team resourcing, workload allocation, and act as the senior technical point of contact for major client accounts.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting design with strong technical knowledge of photometric analysis and industry standards. Proficiency in software such as DIALux or Relux is essential, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
